Terms of Sale - Disclaimer and Conditions

 1. Nature of Offering
We are not offering a franchise, business opportunity, or turnkey system. We supply CNC-milled putter heads and related components at wholesale pricing. Purchasers are independent and solely responsible for developing, marketing, and operating their own business.

2. No Earnings Claims or Guarantees
We make no representations or guarantees regarding sales, profits, or success. Any business results depend entirely on the purchaser’s own efforts, marketing, and business practices.

3. Independent Business Status
Purchasers are not agents, partners, or representatives of our company. No authority is granted to act on behalf of our company in any capacity.

4. Product Description & Variations
All putter heads are CNC-milled. Mallet-style putters are black anodized and may exhibit slight variations in color, tone, or finish. Minor cosmetic differences are normal and do not affect performance or quality. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

5. Engraving & Customization
Engraving is provided as requested by the purchaser. All engraving instructions must be submitted clearly and accurately. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete instructions provided by the purchaser. Engraved products are non-refundable unless defective. Engraving will be limited to two lines on the sole of the putter, with the top line in bolder larger font.  Other wording or logos can be added to the sole for an additional price. Engraving in the pocket of the putter can be completed at an additional price.

6. Assembly & Components
If purchasing heads only, the purchaser is responsible for sourcing and installing shafts, grips, and any additional components. We are not responsible for third-party assembly, installation, or component compatibility. Head covers not included.

7. Pricing & Orders
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Orders are placed in minimum quantities as specified. Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to order acceptance. Full payment is due at time of order.

8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of wholesale and customized products, all sales are final unless items are defective upon receipt. Any claims must be made within Five (5] days of delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products supplied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or reputation.

10. Assumption of Risk
Purchasers acknowledge that operating a business involves risk. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for all outcomes related to your business activities.

11. Compliance with Laws
Purchasers are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to resale, marketing, and consumer protection regulations.

12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

13. Acceptance of Terms
